    The danger in these thnigs is if you swallow them and then attract in your colon, this can cause kinks and necrotic tissue. I you just swalled one you'd be OK (as long as you did not choke on it)If they are strong enough you can get some issues with blood flow if you hold them on your finger due to the Fe in your blood as well. Just dont' leave them on there to long
