Description
Our Matchpull magnetic stripping kit is the simplest, neatest way to add a removable secondary glazing panel to existing windows — no screws, no tracks, no permanent fixtures. Perfect for retrofitting older homes, reducing heat loss, blocking draughts, and cutting down outside noise without compromising the look of your original windows.
What's in the kit
- 30 metres of Matchpull Part A — 12.5 mm wide self-adhesive magnetic strip (applies to the window frame)
- 30 metres of Matchpull Part B — 12.5 mm wide self-adhesive magnetic strip (applies to the acrylic panel or flyscreen frame)
- Pressure Application Roller — purpose-built tool for even adhesion across every strip
Together, the matched A and B strips create an airtight magnetic seal with a 3.2 mm insulating gap (1.6 mm of magnetic material on each side). The acrylic panel snaps on, lifts off cleanly for cleaning or ventilation, and re-seals every time.

How much will I need?
Use this simple formula to work out how much stripping each window requires:
Total Matchpull = 4 × (window width + window height)
For example, a 2400 × 1200 mm window needs:
4 × (2.4 + 1.2) = 14.4 metres total (7.2 m of Part A + 7.2 m of Part B)
We recommend adding 10% extra for wastage (cutting trims, mis-measures, corner allowances), so round up your order accordingly.
