OD 10mm x ID 2mm x H 8mm Ring Magnet (Ferrite)

This design makes it ideal for attaching securely to timber, and it has long been used as a core component in the creation of wooden magnetic train sets — allowing carriages to couple and uncouple smoothly using magnetic attraction.

Example of original use
This product was originally made to replace broken magnets on Brio or similar wooden model trains - The small 2mm hole allows for the use of a domed steel tack / nail to be inserted - The magnet then magnetises the steel dome allowing it to attach to the next train carriage (with magnet (opposing) and dome tack/nail installed)
