Food-Grade Magnetic Separation Tube – 25mm x 300mm – HACCP International Certified
Capture ferrous and weakly ferromagnetic contaminants from dry, free-flowing food products with this HACCP International certified magnetic separation tube. Powerful neodymium rare earth magnets provide a 10,000+ Gauss surface magnetic field to support foreign metal contamination control in food manufacturing and handling facilities.
Measuring 25mm in diameter x 300mm long, this food-grade magnetic separator rod features a Grade 304 stainless steel housing with fully welded, polished ends. M8 tapped holes at both ends allow secure mechanical mounting in suitable processing equipment.

Food Processing Applications
Designed for magnetic separation in dry, free-flowing food product streams. Install in suitable hoppers, chutes, production lines and conveyor transfer points where product passes close to the tube’s surface, in accordance with the operations manual.
Operating & Cleaning Temperature
Do not exceed 83°C during operation or cleaning. Although the internal rare earth core is rated to 100°C, the certified service limit for the complete tube is 83°C. Refer to the supplied operations manual for installation, use, cleaning and maintenance requirements.
