This 200 × 200 × 40 mm dual-layer trapezoidal grate magnet provides powerful 10,000 Gauss magnetic separation in a compact, space-saving form. Designed with two offset layers of magnetic bars, it maximises magnetic exposure and retention time as materials flow through the grate. The trapezoidal frame creates a staggered configuration that increases efficiency by directing material across multiple magnetic surfaces.
