Description

Plastic Coated Neodymium Countersunk Ring Magnet

External Dimensions: OD 25mm x ID 4.5mm x H 4.4mm
Countersunk Hole: 9mm (D1)
Through Hole: 4.5mm (D2)
Magnet Dimensions: [TBC]

The dimensions of the product are measured in metric units, with an approximate "tolerance" (manufacturing margin of error) of +/- 0.05mm

Ring countersunk on one face, showing the 4.5mm through hole and 9mm countersink head

These neodymium magnets feature a plastic coating which provides excellent resistance to the elements and is suitable for outdoor or marine use.

Countersunk Hole: 4.5mm through hole with a 9mm countersink head on one face, to be used with flat head screws or bolts.

Pull Strength: Approx TBC
The approximate force (in metric units) required to remove a magnet from industry-standard 3mm thick mild steel. These "strengths" are measured using mathematical calculations, and should be used as a general guide only.

Direction of Magnetism: "Axially"
Magnetised (top to bottom) thru 4.4mm height. The axis through which a product is magnetised. Products may be magnetised axially, diametrically or otherwise (e.g. multipole). See more about directions of magnetism at our Help Centre.

Direction of magnetism, north and south poles through the height

Grade: N42
In permanent magnets, the grade refers to the materials used in the production process. Material "grades" range from low end (weaker) to high end (stronger). See more about magnet grades at our Help Centre.
